Hey guys. I'm in New Zealand. We only got wired Apple Car Play here. Mine works fine. Accept I hate being tethered. I have been really happy with the standard Nissan Connect bluetooth for audio etc. I'm a real music buff and but since I upgraded my phone from iPhone 14 promax too iPhone 16 Promax I have issues with phone dropping out music and audio books speeding up and glitches. Also the album art has disappeared. My wife drives the car a lot too and her iPhone 14 works fine. Nissan NZ have no updates for the infotainment system at this stage. Any thoughts? Cheers Chris

This happened to me a few years ago with my Toyota 4Runner. Unfortunately you may have to be tethered . That was the only solution I found besides replacing the hole unit.

That's a phone issue.
I have a Pixel phone that wirelessly connects to AA in my Titan and Corolla, and BT in my Ford work truck.

Anytime I have issues, it's been with the phone, ESPECIALLY after updates, which I'm beginning to hate updates.

With my Android phone, simply turning BT off then back on seems to be the most reliable way to immediately fix the issue.

Today when I drove my Ford work truck, the infotainment screen didn't control my phone. And the music info wasn't showing up.
