For sure! Manual hand brakes are a must.
I remember when GTI/Golf R was still manual hand brake. When they went to haptic touch buttons, killed the 6MT and added screens instead, they went off my list.
Respectfully disagree.
New cars have one foot in the dumpster.
I had a 2016 GTI DSG SE PP LP, and my old 1987 Prelude Si concurrently.
No doubt, the GTI was by far superior in metrics. It was tuned and quite fast for a FWD 4 banger.
But, devoid of spirit.
The Prelude was so good that even my...
That 6 mph trap speed improvement is actually a few car lengths.....
Really not close, you'll know you're losing right away in a regular Z versus the Nismo....
Plus, the dynamics are quite a bit better for the Nismo.....
I actually think Nissan did a good job for a recycled platform......
Saw a Cybertruck today, parked at City Hall in downtown Everett.
Ugly AF. What a douchy machine....
Still have not seen a Z outside of the dealership....
The 9AT driveability issues are the same as my Titan Pro-4x. I also hated the 7AT in my Q60.
Nissan does not take transmission programming seriously since the 5AT. And I doubt they ever will.
Although the 9AT is outright faster than the 6MT, I'm waiting for a 6MT Sport to show up. The rest of...
I'd reckon single T indicates single turbo....
But then they state Twin Turbo....
Unless they're doing the ol trick or "twin scroll" or "twin entry" that has been applied to single turbo before.
And they're pairing it to the 9AT.....jeez...
The 9AT in my Pro-4x is a mess, and the 400/403 V8 is detuned at low speeds to protect the drivetrain.
They'll need to seriously beef things up with that much torque, or they'll limit power in the first 3 gears and last 4.
Even worse, Nissan killed the Titan then announces the SUV application of this engine.
Why not give everyone a little VRTT love?
VR30 Frontier Pro-4x
VR30 base Titan
VR35 Titan Pro-4x
VR32 Nismo Z
Nissan is lost. At least they keep sending me emails about social justice..... At least they...
