its the actual rotors from the GTR. they literally parts binned it. so ive lived with those exact rotors on since summer of 2008. never had a problem with them but yes under heat cycle they are prone to small 2-3mm cracks around the holes over time.
They all develop small cracks. My GR Yaris Rallye has 2-piece slotted rotors and they also started to develop small cracks, nothing biggy.

I am considering Swift and RS-R Down Sus (the smallest drop I can find). Did you consider RS-R? What made you choose Swift ?
I know its not a Z, but I rate the RS-R Down on my GRY. Its just perfect - no impacts on ride quality, just nicer, firmer ride. With my fitment, the increase is 40% from the stock 2.8kg/mm.

Z ones seem to be really well balanced for a heavier car, 10.2kg/mm front and 8.1kg/mm rears. Crazy not to try them since they're so cheap.

Interesting. My research hasn’t gone that deep yet- mainly because I was on fence anbout springs and also b/c the potential upgrade is still nearly a year away.

I have progressive eibachs on my Z32 and I like them. I FINALLY got it re-registered and I’ve been driving it all week. And boy is it making me really wanna mod/uodgrade the RZ34.

I def want progressive b/c it’s my daily and I don’t track.

Are all 3 you mentioned (Swift, RS-R, and Eibach) progressive spring rates for the RZ34? Need to research more…
The Eibach Pro-kit I've used years ago on my M3 were progressive and performed really well, similar to the Swifts now. Haven't tried the RS-R and know nothing about them. FWIW

I’ve pretty much decided this is the Z that I’m getting. Yesterday I had an opportunity to buy a GR86 Yuzu with the manual for $1000 under sticker and passed on it.

Now I need to close a few sales before the 2027’s hit the showrooms.

I had RS*R Downs on my Q50S, takes a while for'em to settle down (like 1k+ miles) but once they settled I had a 4 door go kart. (fully adjustable suspension prolly helped too)

I'm curious about the 2027 Sport.....
Will it be available in green paint and tan cloth interior? Any chance it gets LSD?
Updated infotainment?

I highly doubt the base model will get a multicolor interior. 350/370Z always had those options in the higher trims outside of the Nismo. That tan interior will likely be a Performance model exclusive.

this is where the fuel tank redesign is mentioned. literally been an issue since the 350

Fuel tank revisions on the full Z lineup help maintain consistent performance during aggressive track driving.

Looks like performance models get a new set of shocks. This will be a nice simple upgrade for folks with pre 2026 performance models. Looks like they are addressing some of the damping issues, def excited to see how the reviews are, then might be worth the upgrade.
