Keep the box and paperwork because the watch isn’t numbered. Although It’s possible the serial number can be traced back to a numbered vs unnumbered one.
There are two versions, numbered and unnumbered.
The unnumbered are packaged differently and were linited to 1,700 of each color (blue and yellow)
The numbered are in a special numbered box with a key fob case/cover. Only 100 of each color were numbered.
Went through Googlebot and asked for proof and it said Nissan confirmed 200A, but the link at the end of that sentence was an eBay link. Not sure why I clicked it, but that’s where the pic came from, so…there ya go!
Today’s useless tidbit: My first name starts with J and my middle name is...
So the 200 is mm (length, just shy of 8”) not N/mm (rate).
that seems more in line with typical rates, but Hipermax R are 22k front 26k rear, and with such a high rear vs front seems like would be really oversteers, but what do I know…
Personally, what Ohlins US has on their website (image...
Action: Banning tires that wear out faster = Less pollution
Result: People killed in accidents because their cars are less controllable = Shorter lifespan = Less pollution
Based on the general ethos of California politics it's a Win/Win situation.
Correct. I couldn't assemble a gearbox blindfolded, and I'm NOT saying anything internally has been damaged, but I was pointing to possible damage of something the shift lever was attached to or adjacent to.
Still hoping it's @beergeek's mention, that the top plate needs to be shifted.
Proposed to be banned for ROAD use, or banned in California ENTIRELY (like fentanyl, plastic straws and American flags)?
Can't wait for the next IMSA race at Laguna Seca where they're all forced to run Michelin Energy Saver A/S.
It's possible they damaged/bent something trying to remove the OE knob (selector, linkage?). Not that the shift lever is huge, but it would still take A LOT of force to snap it, and if they weren't holding it steady with another wrench and all that force was transferred to the linkage...
Mine are Sakebomb/Ohlins, and I say that only because I don't know if the spec Ohlins are identical. They're right at 2" from the hat to the top of the knob. I ordered a set of extenders from Sakebomb that they're holding until I figure out a length. Those appear to be 'remote' so they can turn...
One solution:
Radium FHST for Z34 & RZ34
It doesn't replace the OEM in-tank stuff, but works in tandem with it (mounts on the opposite side).
Looks like you'd need to upgrade the OEM pump (~$750?) and I'm not sure what else.
This is def beyond DIY for me.
