I couldn’t find the specific article I read a while back, however you are correct. The clutch, shifter and transmission have all been upgraded. The article I read went as far to say the bell housing on the upgraded transmission is different.

I believe Nissan is restricting parts for specialty Z”s including Heritage and Nismo”s.

Nismo if you want a decent out of the box track weapon. However if you have time and resources and love the journey of building a personalized track car then Sport is the way to go. There really isn’t a perfect answer as we all have our own reasons for getting a Z. Don’t procrastinate and go out...

We haven’t had anyone come forward claiming they are the lucky owner of the MNP Z with the badge. If someone posts saying they have one we can definitely get those measurements. However it’s also a matter of principle, Nissan advertised it with the badge and it appears the majority of us owners...
