great find!
yup the back has the exact indentions I hope it had to fit those bumper alignment nubs
nismo nick is sending me the first one he gets for mine!
the nismo parts have nothing to do with the factory nismo Z. that site is just adding the nismo USA accessory parts the same way it allows you to add floor mats ahead of time
yes thats why it sits down in the larger circle .
my guess is the back of this emblem should have little indentions to match the alignment nubs on the bumper.
you would think that but not every novice is brake heavy thats why I included the non trail brake comment as a caveat.
I think the lower overall speeds negate that. braking from 125 or something vs 140 a lap or whatever the slower pace is I think would outweigh the other.
all the track...
for novice to intermediate pace stock pads without a ton of miles or previous track days should be ok for a single day with say 4 or so sessions and no trail braking. I would bring a extra set of pads just in case as we had a member on here have an issue with that and being temporarily...
I think 72K is a high guess
black is the only NISMO color previously that didnt have a paint charge so it was like 67K with destination fee? I think a black 2027 NISMO will still be under 70K MSRP. my gut tells me the manual NISMO price will be very similar to the current price.
that is partially true. early in the spring there were allocations for other colors but the last few rounds of orders nissan has indeed limited the color selections and for the NISMO it is currently black only
the dealer does not know the MSRP they are just guessing
just had a conversation with NISMO NICK and the only color a manual NISMO can be ordered in is black currently. also all colors for the premium are now on constraint.
NISMOs are still supposed to arrive sometime in July or August with premiums pushed back a while with some arriving in late...
there is about to be a new option for Z owners as the 2027 NISMO changes from dunlop 600s to the RS. those arnt available to order yet but will be in a few months
but yes there are a bunch of different 600s
the GTR actually had 2 specs the Sport Maxx 600 and the NR1 the NR1 is designed...
when he told me he was doing this I instantly said if you do it...... lean into to the Black Gold 280z motif and he was already thinking of the color scheme. so we came up with a few concept images. I 'll let him share the other angles if he wants to as its his project . but yea I think he...
Ive had those GTR drilled rotors on 3 different GTRs since 2008 and had a good amount of track autocross ect ect on them. they can get stress cracks but usually they are tiny and I think nissan considered anything under 4mm to be cosmetic. I never had to replace mine.
The performance numbers are listed in the smaller print in under it for comparison
Fun fact at speeds above 120ish the performance actually generates a tiny bit of lift
