How much gas did you have? The Z33 and Z34 (and RZ34) have "saddlebag" style tanks and were notorious for starvation after hard left turns, especially if you were under 1/2 a tank.

I wouldn't trade in a "base" Z for +20hp +34tq, auto only with a body kit + sticker package. Just mod the Proto accordingly, come out cheaper.

Frankly OP, you'll be lucky to get out of it clean. I would aim for however much you still owe on it. The miles are killing you, You may have the current record at this point. Also, Zs are starting to sit now (when they do come in) - Too many "better options" to the common man.
