This generation of the Z has a history of very poor resale value. Buy used. I say this while totally planning to buy a new 2027 Shikai Green Z. So I’m also not a person to be listened to.

I’m glad they changed the name to Shinkai Green. I am having the hardest time pronouncing Unryu Green. My Japanese wife is sitting here laughing at me as my redneck tongue does yoga in its failed attempts to say Unryu.

I’ve pretty much decided this is the Z that I’m getting. Yesterday I had an opportunity to buy a GR86 Yuzu with the manual for $1000 under sticker and passed on it. Now I need to close a few sales before the 2027’s hit the showrooms.

It's kinda amazing how a subtle change on the front clip has a huge impact in the overall look. I really like it.. But now, that color. HOLY MOLEY THAT IS A SEXY BEAST!! I love both the exterior and interior color!

I went to Nissan Crossing last year. It was surprisingly fun. The only downside is that they didn't have their Datsun t-shirt in my size. I'll be going to Ginza again. I'm happy to see they've added the new Z to the showing. Last year that just had the last gen Z 350 on display.

The lighting there doesn’t really show off the color IMO. Perhaps it shows better in the sun??

I finally saw the Heritage Edition in the flesh at the Nissan Dealer in Highlands Ranch, CO. I'm not sure it was actually on sale. It didn't have the Moroney Sticker and it's not listed on the website. However, it had several indications that it was brand new, like other manufacturing stickers...

Japan only has a 2.5% tariff on US Cars. They have a 25% tariff on trucks but that matches the 25% the USA has on trucks not made in the USA, Mexico, or Canada (aka The Chicken Tax).

Where did you get the idea that the Z’s final assembly was in California? Nissan doesn’t even have a plant in that state.
