How many miles on that catch can amount (about 3 ozs??)? I plan to install mine next month.Added carbon fiber valve stem covers and emptied the catch can. Always nice to spend some time with the Z.

Nice. Where did you get the drain plug from?No change in driving feel, but the Redline does run cooler than the OEM gear oil.
I changed the fluid at 1,700 miles and again now at 2,600 miles. Both times the drain magnet was covered in metallic sludge, but definitely more during the 1st initial break-in change. Here's a pic of the towel after wiping the drain plug magnet clean during today's #2 change:

The fluid itself was still a golden transparent color so I suspect most of this was just flushing out the remnants from change #1.
I probably won't touch it again for another 2 years or 24k miles, which is the factory service interval.
The fellas on the assembly line in Japan; its the factory drain plugNice. Where did you get the drain plug from?
Well they got here super fast and were not hard to install. Thanks @traska_rz34 for the info and advising on getting the adhesive promoter. Good idea. It's beautiful! Got a link for these? How hard is the install?

I would have preferred black too but I couldn't find any. I wasn't going to remove / wrap them either. Saw these a few pages back in this thread. I am not really a carbon fiber guy but these actually look better than I thought. The fitment is really good - perfect. Those look much better, but I'd prefer them in black, do they make them in black?

Thanks. Alpharex.Headlights look great too!
How's the lighting performance at night compared to the OEM headlights? Thanks. Alpharex.
Lighting is good at night, I didn't notice any significant difference from oem. Obviously the light is whiter because of the LEDs, but I am happy with the overall quality. How's the lighting performance at night compared to the OEM headlights?
