Not surprising given inflation in general, but bummer.

I expected this as time goes on longer. 2024 models will be higher as well.

most all the line up got a small increase in the hundreds of dollars

Z was 1K and the GTR and GTR NISMO were 2500 and 5000!

A price increase does not surprise me, and another $1k for newer builds is pretty much what other manufacturers are doing. We purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee in November with a September build date. I went to the dealer for my first oil change last week and saw the exact same vehicle, however the sticker was $2,100 more than ours. The base price as well as some of the packages had increased. The 2024 model Z will probably be higher than current model with the increased base prices. Watch for option prices to increase also.

of course prices have gone up... why wouldn't they lol.

nissan sees dealerships asking crazy adm/markups and people paying it, why not skim a little bit more?

at this rate it my be time for me to go to "plan c" ...as in c-ya!

Wonder how this will affect those of us in Australia who already have contracts signed with the price outlined.

Also $400 US for mats!! That’s crazy town. I thought $300 was bad enough

I'd be nice if I actually had the car to purchase that I ordered at the beginning of 2022. Instead of being strung along, then eventually being told, oh the price has actually gone up in the last 13 months since you originally ordered haha

I get cost increase, but damn.. they're still so far behind in production, the cost increase isn't going to make a difference to them if they have no cars to sell

You will have to see if there is an increase in other markets like Australia as this announcement is something specific to Nissan North America.

Of course it's going up...look at yen vs dollar.

Screenshot_20230309_062619_Chrome.jpg
Prices should be going down with a stronger dollar, not up.

A ÂĄ5,000,000 car should cost $45,450 at a 110 yen to dollar exchange rate, but only $35,700 at 140.
