I've been using 94 Sunoco. With traction control off, with 94, my ass violently swings wide when I punch it into 2nd gear. On 93, it's more like a quick twitch correction. Worth the extra money? Prolly not. Next tank prolly gonna be 94. Can't wait for port injection and flex

91 Cali crap gas. Also of note, the STOCK TUNE frequently has audible pre-ignition around 6-6.5k on 91.

There is one station anywhere near me that stocks unleaded race gas, sometimes I stop there and top off and the car LOVES It.

I've been running 93 Tier 1 w/10% ethanol, but have been tempted to try no ethanol 91 from same station. It's usually 10 cents higher than 89 w/10%. Saw a post 93 to 91 no ethanol loses a few HP. Doubt I'd not kniw the difference with my weekend scoots. Hmm..

Ethanol is an excellent knock quench, especially for turbo cars. I've seen 89 E10 outperform 91 E0 in boosted applications on the dyno. No way would I downgrade from 93 E10 to 91 E0.

I have a sneaky suspicion the dealer will give me the car with a tank of 87. I have zero trust in them.
My salesman promised me he did 93, and he handed me the receipt. It's the 3rd car I've bought from him and the launch controls on the way home felt great so I think he kept his word. Love at first redline for me.

I am very surprised they designed this engine for 93 Octane, it can be hard to find in many places. I can get 93 and 94 here, it does cost a premium , as 91 and 92 is more common. I will run 93 though.

When I pulled out of the dealer lot today after picking up my new car, I went to an auto parts store and put in a bottle of octane booster for peace of mind. I don't trust the dealers.
