they're the recaros from the Nismo Juke or Note

you dont want to get them from a dealer anyways, they will rob you
They’re actually standard aftermarket Recaro Sportster CS seats but upholstered like the ones you mentioned. No special fabrication was required for installation.

I unclipped the plastic trim piece and it's better as it give a few more mm for it to move.
I need to do this... Any tips or pointers?

You need a small hook/pick to remove the wire circlip on each of the knobs that control seat height on the side. Once yo remove those you can remove both of those knobs which allows the plastic trim to be pulled outwards. I just hat to unclip it and leave the knobs removed to make it 100% more comfortable. It's still not perfect, but much better.

On another topic, I actually bought a spare seat pan to try and look into lowering the stock seat and making them more comfortable. I can post pics later but there is actually a thick steel wire that runs through the drivers side bottom seat bolster, which is now the next most uncomfortable spot for me. You can actually feel the wire if you feel deeply into the bolster. I think If i can remove that it may get even better.

I’m 6’2ā€/230, and have lower back issues. The OEM NISMO seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Albeit with limited experience, if my Recaros are a 10, I’d give my Z33 Touring seats (leather/electric) a 7 and my Z33 Track seats (cloth/manual) a 5.
This Is 100% in the seat back, as all three could use a little better base, although I have no specific complaints there.
Don't know prices/options with seats, but if the OEM Recaro seat backs are identical to off-the-shelf Recaro CS, then the CS is a solid choice.

Ok bringing this topic back up. I should have asked before I did it but here we are. I have been awarded a sponsorship with BRAUM Racing and I want to pull the trigger but has anyone with aftermarket seats been able to trick the airbag issue? I was hoping there would be something like there is for the hood poppers available. Thank you for any help or insight.

How To Get Rid Of Your Airbag and Occupant Sensor Light RZ34

Pretty sure he states 2.2 OHM .5W resistors for the airbag.

Interested to see which seats and brackets you go with.

I have been looking at seats and almost pulled the trigger on Corbeau seats, but now looking at some Bride's.
Do not buy a seat without trying it first
and you may need an FIA certified one to pass safety inspection on a track

I can tell you Brides are for . . . JDM sized drivers

Yeah, great advice. I have been looking at Bride Wide/Large seats but not buying till I sit in one.
