I went with sonictuned, straight foward instructions and remotely done in a timely fashion. My mods are just intake and catback stillen competition exhaust. The basemap he gives comes with 3 maps low boost high and race. I still need to go data log my first pull, just havent had the time yet...
Read up on this during my tuning shopping, yes 2025+ has been blocked and needs a dongle thing to be unlocked. Thankfully ive been seeing sonictuned and racebox offering this dongle with the tune and if u return it back u get ur money back for the rig
Agreed any set of aftermarket swaybars improve the cars turning capabilities by a ton. Im using cusco both front and rear, stay away from the nismo qc garbage
Chevron and shell has been dynod in my area 94 vs 93. Shell 93 proved to be better. And i did try the 94 chevron before and the car felt little sluggish. Ive been going on 93 shell only now
I remember when canada had “preorders” made to order for customers lol. U go in pick the trims u want color etc and put a deposit down and wait for santa to arrive. Fun times
i like the new bumper, however still need to see it in person and videos to get a clearer look. Will the new z badge fit right into the previous z? the wheels are bad but better than the current sport ones but i guess these wheels are going to be the sport model going foward?
its the tires. The stocks are trash during cold/ rainy weather. I was turning at such slow speed in rain but i still had to counter steer to straighten.
Never had this lurching thing.
But the transmission is very snappy for me now, no lag on any shifts now. I really want to try the zf 8 to compare cuz it seems really similar
Ya the swifts performed great. Instructor said just run the springs until the oem shocks need to be replaced then maybe u can do coils. Or u can just do coils from the get go and skip the springs
Just judging from other peoples experiences. Climate is probably the huge dealer breaker. Probably will stay with similar changes unless im getting tuned next year, will see what he suggests
are they installed at dealer? i thought this was from factory. anyhow im gonna probably somehow try to flatten these things out or just bring it into a shop for them to install for me. what a headache
Has anyone done this? I tried but failed, probably gonna take it to the shop to get it done. The problem with the rivets is that the metal piece kinda sticks out and i cant drill into it
280f converted to celsius is 137c and thats extremely hot. How long was the session? And climate outside? I believe the gauge is pretty accurate and judging by it u were already close to the red.
