You guys are technically the cheapest in the world, so I wouldn’t be getting too upset.$46,498 to $65,748 according to the Autotrader.ca review. They don't give the performance trim price but another reviewer has it at $58,498. No surcharge for auto.
i did but it looked ugly so i made it look better lolDid you even read the thread lol?
Still 5k cheaper than Australia…i think you guys have had things too good for too long. And don't forget freight + PDI will add $2k. Then the 13% tax will give an OTD on the performance of about $68,300. I think I will be going GR86 for $29k less(!!).
for canada its not bad but not great either. still for a 370 reskinned body and upgraded infotainment system thats what the big issue is for a lot of people.Still 5k cheaper than Australia…i think you guys have had things too good for too long.
the price is nit a bad one
i actually want to test drive the thing before i take my deposit back or unless they still dont know when the god damn car is coming inFor me its not so much the cost that is hard to swallow.. its that for the price, the Z doesn't have much to offer compared to its competitors. Maybe once I fully experience the Z.. it will change my mind? As for now definitely holding off till pricing for the Supra manual is released.
Also curious to see how many Canadians that gave a deposit are deciding to back out now that pricing is released.
But the question is…will any newly built Supras Mustangs etc, be the same price as what they are now?For me its not so much the cost that is hard to swallow.. its that for the price, the Z doesn't have much to offer compared to its competitors. Canadians frankly don't compare the prices they are paying with Australia, it's irrelevant to us. We are used to getting a good discount relative to US pricing which we aren't so much here. Also and more importantly it's a big wad more than even the old Nismo was, so relative to competitors it's no longer a great value.Still 5k cheaper than Australia…i think you guys have had things too good for too long.
