Anyone notice they removed the Nissan badge on the front for a Z badge?

Looks lazy, now you've got a bit gap around the Z badge on the bonnet.

yea so its technically only lazy for the NISMO because the standard 2027 front bumper is designed for the new Z badge the NISMO is a carry over bumper so they just stuck it in larger indention rather than making a new NISMO bumper mold for the badge.

Based on the press kit photos, if those are, or do represent, the final design, only the NISMO has the depression around the new Z emblem.

I do like the new front fascia, and with the Z emblem. Personally I’d like to see it all black with the inset mesh like the bottom half go all the way up. But I believe that center bar is to hide the actual bumper (“bash bar”).

Looking at the pictures, the new front bumper doesn't seem as good as the renderings, it's a bit below expectations. :sadface:Of course, it could also be a matter of angles. I hope to see the actual car.

I wish I could get rid of the nose emblem. (Without needing body work and paint)

Maybe that rectangle piece pulls out?

There is room under there. That used to be where the control module to the interior accent lighting kit was installed. Newer kits have relocated the control module behind the driver side footwell trim panel.

Saves a few grams of plastic :)

Good that Nissan at least makes bumper design changes, identifies years, and yep opinions are out. What’s more key IMO is whichever improves cooling and airflow best wins:like:

Frankly, I think the new bumper should have been the original one - they nailed it.
The OG square mouth? That’s the most derivative design, in-your-face aggressive, and unique, still my vote! But not best for cooling though.
