I get it. They should be able to do it. That doesn't mean they are able or willing though. I am leaning towards getting my own setup to interface the ECU and do it myself. Pretty tired of dealing with incompetent service departments. The calls I had on this topic with my local service department made me never want to take my car there for anything. The service advisor kept saying "uhh...what?" when I was explaining (clearly) what I wanted. He then left me on hold for a half hour before hanging up on me. Twice.Your dealer should definitely be able to do it for you. Mine did not charge me. It only takes them a few minutes and is reversible. If you search the forum there are screen captures here somewhere of the submenus the technician will have to enter to switch off ANC and ASE. I printed those and gave them to the tech so he knew exactly where to look.
