Just drove to work in an absolute downpour. There were two spots where I swear the water had to be at or close to my door jams. Holy crap. Just went slow and the Z did amazing, like always. #dailydriverproblems
Not that anyone was curious... :crackup: but the Skar EVL 12 loaded enclosure does fit in the trunk. I'm running this now with the Skar 1500.1 amp. LOTS of bass 🔊
Congrats @chander0 ! I'm going to try and have the dealership turn off ASE when I go in for an oil change. I'm pretty sure, in my car, that ASE isn't on in normal mode and it only enables in sport mode. Good choice on sub. JL makes great stuff 👍
Good thoughts! You could for sure grab the audio signal from the wires right before the amp. They are spread out on the other two plugs right beside the one with the microphone wires I removed to disable ANC. I bet that would get around the fake engine sound (ASE,) maybe. The ANC, noise...
I will say, this car is solid. I'm getting basically no trunk rattle from the outside. And the only in cabin rattle I'm getting is from the plastic cover on the stuff behind the rearview mirror, and I think it'll be an easy fix.
