Bad idea. The Z is kinda overpowered for the stock tires and suspension. Couple that with the way a turbo engine delivers power and an inexperienced driver can get in trouble quickly. If she wants a fun manual trans car, get a Miata.

Not sure, but as long as the filter was filled with oil before it was installed there really isn't anything to prime. All you effectively did was drain the oil out of the pan and refill it.

On average extended warranties cost more than the amount they'll have to pay out. If not, they wouldn't sell them.

Yep. I could buy a really nice low miles C7 Z06 vette for that, and it mops the floor with the Z in every metric except fuel economy. I think 38k sport, 45k performance and 55-60k nismo would be more aligned with reality.

Florida is hot AF and i use the engine aggressively a good bit. I use 5w30 mobil 1 and the oem GT-R filter. I did not arrive at that decision on a whim.

You are getting caught up in labels. It is a sports car by all rational accounts. Twin turbo V6, independent dual A arm suspension, 2 seater, manual trans option, etc It's not a high level track day car as delivered.
