Drove one years ago when cross shopping. Also drove two 350Zs, didn't end up with either of those at the time, just not what I was looking for and ended up with different vehicles. I just don't remember the car much as it's been a while and just one drive in a 370Z, and I'm pretty sure this isn't going to be THAT much of a copy and paste of that car, it has to be a more diff than that.

This time I'm wanting a 2-door fun to drive coupe, either RWD or AWD with a rear-bias. And I have less options than before to fit that.

I'm sorry but it's a Nissan. Not a Ferrari. So there is no elite club here. You remind me of when I got a laugh going to the 350/370Z forums where people got mocked if they didn't buy Volks or HREs for their Z and ended up getting something cheaper. It's a Z. Still a special car, with a heritage, but it's a Z, a Datsun Z. An "affordable" sports car for the average car lover.
let me tell you on my 15 gt i swap out my wheels for TSW wheels the Bathhurst they are nice set of wheels and light also , and i think total i paid 2400 for wheels and tires

I agree, there are some wheels out there by like TSW, Gram Lights (entry level Rays), some Konigs, cheaper Enkies, etc. Not everything has to be some 3-pc HREs costing 1/4th the MSRP of the car. Then those people would end up putting cheap tires, rolling fenders with an aluminum bat, or stretching said cheap tires on those wheels lol.

Would I like some HREs? Absolutely. I just don't want to come back to my car on cinder blocks without wheels on it, again.

It's more the people buying cheap shit like Rotas and trying to pass them off as Volks.

the only people that really should get first dibs is the people who drove with CVT trannies lols
After my 350z, I got a CVT Juke. So do I qualify? I also got a Nismo RS after that if it helps.

Never driven a 370 before? TBH, existing 370Z owners and established Nissan customers (I've owned a 240SX, 300ZX, G35, Maxima, and now own a 370 and Xterra) should have first dibs on the updated Z.
Let's see...

A Sentra SE-R Spec V, three Altima Coupes, three 370Zs, three Titans, two Rogues, a Q50, a QX60, and a QX80 (the only ones I leased were the Q50 and the QX60).

I'M WAITING FOR MY PRIORITY ALLOCATION, FELLAS!

There are always going to be elitist snobs. I was talking to a 1st Gen Miata owner the other day and he kept giving me shit for expressing interest in the new Miata - All he did was talk trash about it. I was like, 'duuude, wtf... we're both talkin' about friggin' MIATAs here, for Christ's sake!!!'

"The hairdresser's car" .....You know what's hilarious? I was doing all this research about Miatas and suddenly remembered that many years ago, I briefly worked at my friend's hair salon... ?

Technically, I wasn't a hairdresser - I worked the front desk - but it's nevertheless funny that I ended up becoming a Miata guy lol ?

WTF does anyone have to say about the ND?! - It's the best damned Miata ever......even the hardcore NA guys say that.

As for wheels......I just want some 370Z Nismo v1 wheels in Gunmetal wrapped in PS4S (hoping PS5S comes our way soon) - I'm not hard to please.

Most of my money is going under the hood, I'm not waiting for the Nismo.......I suspect it'll be a bigger jump in price than we're used to.
