This is the worst comment on here. I'm a body and paint tech. Bumpers always get R&I. Only the shitty shops would keep it on.Doesn’t look that bad. clean her up and make sure those are not scuff marks - if scuffs, they will clean-up with a light polish \ cutter.
if the paint is gone - i would just do a touch-up similar to repairing curb rash on a wheel and see how you liked it.
Unless you know your body shops - more that likely a repaint will get worse before it gets better - you will get overspray on the hood and most of the car which will require the body shop to have to pull the buffers out to clean-up the rest of the car… and here comes the swirls…
or you could pull the bumper for repair and upgrade the heat exchanger while you at it…
To the OP, find reviews of shops by you. This is not an expensive fix I promise you. Turn around time 4 days max. Stress to them that the bumper and grills must be removed. A little blue mud, blend paint, clear and out the door. They won't blow paint from end to end so no worries on a paint mismatch!

Unfortunately, that seems to have become the norm these days.
