VR35DDT 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged engine, rated for 450 horsepower and 515 lb-ft of torque – increases of 50 horsepower and 102 lb-ft versus the current generation. That's complemented by a 9-speed automatic transmission

And they're pairing it to the 9AT.....jeez...
The 9AT in my Pro-4x is a mess, and the 400/403 V8 is detuned at low speeds to protect the drivetrain.

They'll need to seriously beef things up with that much torque, or they'll limit power in the first 3 gears and last 4.

I'd reckon single T indicates single turbo....
But then they state Twin Turbo....

Unless they're doing the ol trick or "twin scroll" or "twin entry" that has been applied to single turbo before.
