What exactly does it smell like? I have a Performance and even passed 1000mi after spirited driving I too smelled "burning" but not necessarily something burning but cooking. It was just all the components breaking in, especially the plastic. If that's what you're smelling then give it time it will pass

Hey, thanks for responding. Yes, I do believe you are describing what I am smelling.

Driven hard, put away wet.
Honestly, like @up4speed the only thing I do is to take the last few miles easy on the way to my destination (home usually). Let the turbos spool down & the boost stays 0 or negative… and I live in CA. I have whole weeks where it’s never below 100F. I don’t open the hood or worry about any of that. The car will still outlive me. Might need new hoses someday, but I won’t own it by then. šŸ˜†

feel like he's smelling breaks or break fluid burning. don't think it's a bad thing just happens if your breaking a lot or aggressively. I get that smell sometimes when I'm late for work lol

Apologies in advance, as I hate it when the Grammar Police come out of the shadows, but here I go anyway.
It's "brake" not "break."

Way to "brake" the ebb and flow. 🤣
This is braking my heart guys. Why can't we all just take a brake together. Let's brake a kitkat together and enjoy

C'mon guys...give me a brake!!!!!

First to admit that I deserve the flak. I tried to ignore it. I tried. For some reason I just couldn't hold it in. :poop:

Might be the clutch… I’m not smelling anything like that in a 2025 Nismo (AT slushbox only).

I remember having this issue with my old pathfinder, for the first 1000 miles it smelled like burnt rubber, however my house is on a incline and need to get used to using the clutch to back up or park forward 😭 the second day I had it,
smelled pretty bad though
