Auto here. After the reveal, I told my wife we should get a manual. She said, right I can't drive a manual. I said, exactly!!!.

Presumably, the auto will increase the price so you're, technically, cheaping out if you get the manual.

Its going to be a manual. Learned it the hard way when I traded my 2004 350z manual for a 2005 350z roadster AT so the wife could drive. The tiptronic or whatever was called sucks. Plus this is a sports car. Get a v6 Camry if I buy another AT LOL!

When I bought my '98 BMW 540, I wanted a manual.
Wife said the same thing.
After 9 yrs of owning it, she only drove it once and complained about it being slower than her Prius..

This time. I am going with manual w/o pre-approval.

I went down and bought her a new car of her own so she'd leave mine alone.
Divorces are expensive, new cars are cheap.

Taught my wife to drive stick back in 2004 in about 15 minutes and then she cut a better 60' than I did in our old 350Z. She knows sport car=manual transmission.
