I just got the last one in the link. I'll try it, OEM wireless charging pads have a record of not being that good. Most I have had overheat the phone when charging.
Most auto wireless chargers are 5 watt. Many Nissans / Infiniti charge at 15 watts. More power = faster charging = more heat.

That looks MUCH better. I like that they kept the rubber mat around it too.
Also notice the slots in the alignment magnet are for a cooling fan mounted below the pad. QI2 compatible

I wondered if those were vents or status lights. Nice design regardless. Has anyone tracked down the actual OEM part to see how much it is or if it can be retrofitted?

I am talking about the ones that are 15 watts.
And you are correct that "more power = faster charging = more heat." BUT some get "too hot" and damage phones even when used in short periods.

There are manufacturers that are removing them from the new model years because they overheat the phones.

Is the infotainment system newer in the '26 models? If it comes with a wireless charger it would make sense that it supports wireless android auto. The new Murano does.

I hear you bro but I like this set up. Here are the pics after install. There is an on and off switch as well for the charger. With the rubber matting on it looks like it was included in the car from the factory.

Does the mat actually lay flat on top of the charging pad or is it raised now due to the bump?

Gents,
As some of you may already know. The MY 26 Z comes with a wireless charging pad, which was not offered until then. I was able to purchase one from Japan. Got it installed yesterday and it works flawlessly. The best part is that it is a 100% oem part and requires no modification at all, straight plug and play. Here is the link if any of you are interested. The shipping was fast, and the English communication was excellent. Here is the link for anyone interested.

Hi interesting. May wait for oem version with wireless Android. For now, this is my setup. Wireless USB dongle, and USB plug-in slim charge pad.

Shoot, my phone heats up in that pocket with NO wireless charger. Trans tunnel needs more insulation maybe.

Main issue is when you combine wireless Android Auto / Carplay with wireless charging. Both are demanding
