19" Watanabe Available for the Z

Watanabe vendor also confirmed availability at JCCS last Saturday, said to check the website. Was hoping for a squared setup; wonder if that 9.5 or 10.5 works, offset seems to be close.

What would be the ideal square setup? Staggered looks good but tire rotation is a pain...

I refer you to a local friend that tracks his Z to get the proper width and offset for a square setup, since I haven't gone that direction yet, @zRedBaron should give you a good idea on what works with proper cambers etc.

They look small in 18inch so I’d go the 19’s!

In Australia the Z comes in two specs, Z which is equiv to Performance or Nismo.

wish we did get two specs but only the one for us.

You are correct LOL!! If I put a 19" set of wheels from the Performance on a Sport trim, would the stance be the same height height as the Performance.

While this way of making wheels is nostalgic, the quality are far inferior to say a forged rays wheels. I’m not knocking the process, but for me personally, I prefer a high quality forging rather than cast.

Agreed. I see it like a watch, handmade by a watchmaker vs a Rolex. Have to appreciate the time/effort/craftsmanship of the handmade piece, but it will never be as accurate and durable as a Rolex.

Running the 19X10.5 +25 wat wheel front and back. If they clear the brakes.

Can you see if your rear tire will clear your front brakes the next time you rotate?

I assume the 19” fit fine on a Sport if they fit the others. Anything to be aware of that isn’t obvious to wheel newbs like me?
