There was already mention of Z34 and Q50/60 issues - CSC, brakes, cooling, limp modes - per Z1 Motorsport the Q series R190 rear end gears are also an issue, not strong enough for repeated hard pulls? I sure hope this won't end up in the new Z.

Not yet, about the rear end if the same version, but at least CSC issue is history now, that was a huge expense. Kudos to Nissan.

Does anyone know if the new Z uses the R190 rear end that's in the Q cars or if it soldiers on with the 370Z's R200?

the rx? has the potential to be all kinds of awesome...
It also has the potential to be all kinds of RX-8.

Only thing that's gonna stop me from getting the Z is my wife and her desire to get a C7Z.

Not much at this point, Z34.5 is going to be my last FR and hold me over while I wait and see what issues the C8 Z-06 has.

I've always wanted a MR.

For me:
The new Integra turns out to be a SH-AWD Coupe Masterpiece.

New Z turns out too heavy.

It gets Really Crappy reviews.

I decide I can’t give up AWD.

price is the leading factor if I should purchase this car. if the car hits close to $50-60k I'm buying a more exotic "premium" car. I wish they can stay within their ballpark of $36-38k for base models. the C8 is a monster of a car for that price tag pulling 11 secs in a 1/4 mile and everywhere seems to be sold out of them. follow by example, sell for cheaper than your competitors and flood the market with these beautiful cars. it will be great advertisement for Nissan to have as many cars on the streets as there are Teslas nowadays. People buy Teslas because they're now affordable and everyone has it. Be affordable and you will rise to the TOP! just my 2 cents
