Here's an idea if you're looking for lightweight, strength, fitment, availability - Z34 Nismo V2 Rays forged. I think it looks decently nice, front a little too much tucked in with the offset but for those ok with spacers easy fix. Needs to be verified if the V2s are lighter than V1s.

Picture I grabbed from the net.

I need the Nismo V1's. Greatest OEM wheel of all time, imo.

Anybody using these and are they quality for street? Any other brands?

FYI I don’t plan to use spacers for track. Will use diff setup, most likely 18x10.5 squared.

Tooling around testing fit (great actually!) on the Nismo V2s... 19x10.5 +23 square, 255/285 RE71RS.

Planning for 285/35 all around, with front SPL arms -3 camber, for track setup.

Looks great, the rears look flusher than I'd expect for +23. What is your rear setup like?

Still plenty of room at rear, and with just a 5mm spacer to make it +18 would be even more flush. I'm on 285/35 RE71-RS tires. But if you're planning as wide as 305s then as-is +23 will work more flush.

Just another Z with Work ZR10s. Running stock tyres for now and the rears are stretched AF.

Front: 19x9.5 +23
Rear: 19x10.5 +15

Sorry, no pic of wheels on my car, but considering these
  • Front: 19x10.5 + 275/35R19
  • Rear: 19x11.5 + 305/30R19
  • Front: 19x10.5 +22
  • Rear: 19x11.5 +18
  • Volk TE37SL setup
  • Tire: Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

they’re TE’s. They always look good

need camber in front and coilovers to complete the setup

Stock Nismo setup won't work?
fronts will poke without camber
And

aftermarket wheels on stock height looks dumb

nismo or not you have no front alignment adjustment and minimal rear

do it right
Coils
Arms
Alignment

No expert on what will and won't fit, but by the numbers...
Front will poke 17mm more than OEM NISMO (30mm more than Perf)
Rear will poke 18mm more than OEM NISMO (31mm more than Perf)

Very helpful info thanks. Almost 3/4 of an inch for both front and back. Wondering if anyone has actually tried that or other wider set ups on stock suspension and camber?
