These spaces were plenty wide. I'm parked next to a concrete post on the driver's side, and right up against the line on that side. Because the post is there, I had plenty of room to open my door, and thought I'd have a good buffer on the passenger side. Nope.
A few weeks ago, it was hot as hades, so I was looking for a shaded spot to park the Z. Unfortunately, the only shaded open spot was close to where I was headed and, of course, a popular location for all the slackers unwilling to walk. It was labeled "compact only," along with the other nearby spots.
Plus walking back, more time to appreciate the gorgeous lines of that RZ34!

And since most people are too damn lazy to walk any distance, you're further away from all the a$$hats and clowns jammed up close together, yacking on phones smarter than they are, as they're slamming down an egg Mcmuffin with their skinny latte.Hey, my take nowadays is, why park close, get a good spot farther away and take the walk as a part cardio exercise, you won’t regret it good for the body and the Z smiles too!!
Amen, brother! While I also tend to try as park as carefully as possible, I too drive the snot out of my car because that's what it's for. No PPF and I already have some rock chips, but I don't care. A car is a material possession. If I ever need to fix things on it, I'll just fix it.
I assume you didn't go through insurance and just going to do patch it up by yourself? Dashcam footage or no? Sorry to hear man.Not even a 1000 miles on it and someone has already backed in to it.
Just a reminder that people suck and don’t care about others things. I watched them do while at DQ and they just drove off as I was running out to stop them.
