I just want the part to fix the fuel starvation issue or else I'm just gonna have to say goodbye to my Z Nismo, 3rd party fix is not an option where I live.

Do you get any issues with "Spirited" road driving? or........ just track work?

The reviews for the Nismo Z seems very much the same but with the heightened expectational hype of the manual added. Matt Farrah, for instance loved everything about the auto Z Nismo but just wanted a decent manual to elevate his feelings further. It used to be 2 complaints the Z Nismo had vs the lower tier Z’s

1. No manual
2. Price

But now they will still complain about price.

Seems like there is hope for those wanting the fuel starvation fixed with official Nissan parts.

New tank design with 'baffle wall', entire tank can be retrofitted, promising:

'On the topic of track-day confidence, Nissan's engineers also addressed a known quirk for regulars: fuel starvation. They redesigned the fuel tank by adding a simple but effective baffle wall in the lowest point of the tank. This traps fuel and eliminates the fuel starvation issues previously caused by high-G right-hand turns when the tank dropped below a quarter full. All 2027 Zs get the new tank, and we confirmed that earlier model year Zs can also retrofit this new tank.'

Do we know if there were any revisions to the pump, sending unit and the other stuff in the tank?...or if it's just the tank itself, and everything else is identical?

Although one of the reviewers said that Nissan told him that the manual was going to be slightly cheaper. Whatever slightly means... well... we'll find out.
To me, the biggest complaint is the unavailability to just go to the dealer, drive test it and decide if one wants to buy it or not.

Good question BTW. When I tracked my Nismo I didn't experience this. But a couple of times during hard cornering on regular roads, I did... Not while having a full tank though.

Judging by this photo seems like fuel pump, there is no way the tank internal has been modified. Nissan would need new molds to be done for new tank manufacturing and the economical killer safety certifying a new tank would cost them millions.

My hope is any addtl baffling within the existing tank will solve the problem, at least most of the problem above 1/4 tank, which may not need any new safety re-certifications, we shall see.
