The Walmart site tells me that the Dorman 264-864 oil pan won't fit my 2025 Z Performance. Has any one on the forum installed this pan on their Z?
Thanks in advance for any info.

All 2023+ Z's use the same pan regardless of year/trim. Those website fitment checkers take a while to get updated.

Walmart also absolutely sucks at fitment details, let alone stock updates. Order from there for the price but get details and specs from the manufacturer site.

Some initial observations after having my Dorman aluminum oil pan installed for about a week now. This is not scientific data, just some general eyeball observations driving around Houston in both traffic and spirited conditions.

Oil temps are running about ~5F degrees cooler during normal driving conditions and stop & go traffic. When things start getting spicy under my right foot (testing out my new RaceBox tune, for example), peak temps appear to be roughly ~10F degrees cooler.

I suspect this is a combination of the slight increase to capacity, but also the thermal properties of aluminum vs. plastic (which is an insulator).

Once full warmed up, I've also noticed oil pressure sits ~2psi higher at idle.

Overall, very happy with this addition considering the minimal cost and ease of installation!

Beware of the aluminum threads on these pans. They strip very easily with 25ft/lbs of torque on the drain plug bolt. Learned the hard way. I still had some good thread left and used a longer bolt as a drain plug. So far no leaks. Highly recommend a steel thread insert.

Now that oil change time is coming up for me, I've been thinking of getting one of these to do along with the change. Did this pan come with everything you need to change it out? Gasket and plug and whatnot?

Yes, a new gasket and a magnetic drain plug were included. You'll reuse the stock pan bolts.

@KrackaC8 i think you measured it or something to confirm the fitment was near identical to the stock one so it would fit with the shroud.

Im about to install mine soon and I also have the CZP shroud.
