Big difference, hood has been lifted to match the height of the pillars. Hood easily clears the pillars when opened now.

I asked my dealer and they said it needed to go to the bodyshop. that doesnt sound right was yours a quick adjustment or was is a big ordeal like removing the hood ect?

Mine was also sent to the local paint/body shop and they were confident they could fix the issue when I presented the car to them. Was a few hour fix along with some touch up paint.

@MCN1SMO, did/are you having yours adjusted? My Dec 22 build still hasn't seen this issue.

eventually but I mean mine only has the issue after the hood really heats up. I literally just went out in the garage and opened it 3 times and no rubbing at all. after fooling with the bodyshop over that sideskirt replacement im just not in hurry to go through all that again at the moment. I thought this was just something the dealer could tweak during my first oil change.

Here is how the hood is aligned on my 2024

The left side it's higher than the A pillar area. On the right side the hood is slightly lower than the A pillar
so not perfect but better than my 2023

Katanta is same as 2023 so I guess it's supposed to be like that.
?

There is a big piece of material at the edge where the G nose starts

Huh. Mine's got the spongy tape at the bottom. The side clearance seems generous, but the lower edge is tight. Perhaps a NISMO difference?

(also: damn that blue looks ?)

Yeah the under area of the headlights on the NISMO is shaped totally different

This is unacceptable. Any Nissan dealer should correct this immediately. At least the one where you bought your car.
I just checked mine and it barely missis it.
