i bet this shit shows up to the dealer with all the boxes check marked lol
And if they don't, dealers will add their "Premium" or "protection" packages that add $1500-$2500 to price of the car and cannot be removed..Only workaround, order new from dealer that doesn't do this..which is going to be hard to find..

It would be funny, if it wasn’t true
During a trip to the Sydney area (year before COVID on a shocking low $500 round trip Quantas deal), I found beer was very expensive. Hard liquor as well. We ended up drinking wine most of the trip, because it was way lower in cost. Apparently something to do with taxes on certain types of alcohol.

Yeah…and it’s only getting worse, I don’t drink beer so the guys in the forum might be more up to date, but I believe a schooner of beer is now around $10 ….Aus taxes alcohol, smokes and things like fizzy drink outrageously

I was in Australia for about two weeks back in 2011 and remember spending almost $20 (US) for a pack of cigarettes. But at least the meat pies were cheap, delicious, and abundant.
