Winter time and a glut of 24's on the lots. Why I finally pulled the trigger!
i remember joining this forum because they were supposed (rumored) to start at 35k. then we saw all the dealers get crazy greedy with mark-ups.

a lot of people dropped out after that including myself, but i check back every once in a while.

Like with most new cars, after the first few years on the market the hype is starting to die down.

what's funny is i'm in a weird place car-wise. while waiting on the Z to release, i end up buying a gt86. then when all the price hikes were going on i bought a nissan frontier...which i ended letting my brother have.

now i'm needing to get another daily driver and retire my x-runner that has nearly 250k miles on it.

I bought a brand new Xrunner back in 2005, put 115K on it as my daily, super fun truck, loved it.

I am completing the sale of my ā€˜23 performance to Carvana. Was able to get a little more than I owed on it. Love the car just needed to move on.

Yeah i don’t think I would get rid of my Z anytime soon. Single with no kids just trying to live life and try out new hobbies. My friend who is a 2x cancer survivor got rid of his ā€˜22 Supra because his love in cars has dried out and will focus more on his family and friends. But hey, everyone lives their live’s differently.

I love it, and if I fit a little better, I would enjoy it even more. It wasn’t my daily driver, but I want to take road trips in it and it got to where I didn’t want to take it on an 1hr 45 min road trip to Charleston. Don’t need the space for kids (grown). But need something with a little more room. (6’3ā€-235) just doesn’t fit for extended drives.
