I have a C5 Corvette, I can rest my finger on the crease where the targa top meets the A pillar and in regular driving I can feel the flex. If I could bolt it shut I would.....

It’s a pass for me.
Had a Civic with a sunroof that was open or the screen pulled back maybe 5 times. Had a 350Z Roadster only because my Track got totaled, I knew its history and got a great price. Fully solidified my feeling from childhood that I didn’t want a convertible. I simply prefer no opening or glass over my head.

Dad has a t-top firebird. seals leak after a while and he has almost never taken them off. not worth the trouble imo unless it's a weekend car that lives in the garage.

when he told me he was doing this I instantly said if you do it...... lean into to the Black Gold 280z motif and he was already thinking of the color scheme. so we came up with a few concept images. I 'll let him share the other angles if he wants to as its his project . but yea I think he is gonna have fun doing this. Nick is becoming the mad scientist of the Nissan community

That's awesome, I like it! I loved the targa tops on my Corvettes and the Freedom Panels on our Wrangler.

Not here. I am glad, though, I can drive the Z with the windows down in local driving without being buffeted by the wind.

I would be all over t tops for this car. Loved them on my 1998 Z28.

I love it. I miss my s2k. Open two manual quick release clamps and powered up or down in 10-15sec. any speed under 25-30 was safe to open/close…

my first car was a 79 monte carlo with t-tops and i loved having them off. mine didn't leak, but i understand ppl not wanting the issues if they did.

i owned 2000 ws-6 that didn't leak in the rain, but would when going thru a powerful drive-thru car wash.
