2023 Seiran Blue Nissan Z Sport
Picked up my Seiran Blue Sport (AT) in Georgia & just got it back home to South Florida yesterday. I was coming from a 2014 370Z base and, like everyone else, was waiting and hoping for a trim and color that I liked at a reasonable price. Happened to search inventory on Nissan's site and saw this one scheduled for delivery in about 3 weeks time and the rest is history.

SELLING MY 370Z
  • Sold to Carvana for a little over 19K (bought it for $24K 5 years ago). Best offer of all the quotes I got.
  • Came and picked it up for $75 fee.
  • No real inspection and didn't test drive it
  • What was quoted online is what I was paid
BUYING PROCESS
  • Seems like the South has some of the better deals? I paid 5K over MSRP which was better than anything else I found.
  • Grainger Nissan in Savannah were awesome. Super communicative during the whole process and always available for questions.
  • Interest rate was over 6% and I have outstanding credit. Was not thrilled about that all.
  • Drove it back over 2 days with a stop in between.
  • Accessories were: brushed metallic illuminated kick plates, cargo net, emergency road-side kit, 2 sets of 1st aid kits, & floor mats
THOUGHTS ON DRIVING & HANDLING COMPARED TO 370Z
  • It feels bigger and heavier but more solid and modern
  • Love having blind spot monitoring
  • My 370 felt very sharp when turning and response was instant. The new Z is not the same in that respect although I plan on adding tires and sway bars so we'll see what happens there.
  • Love the throaty drone from the exhaust. I know a lot of reviewers were not pleased but I think it sounds great. I hear the autos have a different exhaust than the manuals so maybe that's why
FUTURE PLANS
  • Speakers for the front doors (already ordered)
  • Sway bars
  • OEM front and rear spoiler
  • Wheels and brakes. I want to see what the pricing will be for the Nismo offerings on these. Everything else I'll get sometime this year

You can have an effective lower rate by adding a little more money to each monthly payment. That goes to the principal and you'll have less that is subject to interest.

Do a search on my posts for the procedure.

Is the interior black or blue? do you have any good pictures of the interior?

2023 Z Performance 6MT Blue/Graphite
Sport model, should be black. Only Performance and Proto have colored interior
My understanding is that the Sport is available with only the Graphite Cloth interior. However, sometimes I see a Sport model listed on Nissan's web site that has leather, like this example.

Data entry error, or does this combo really exist?

Just what year, trim, and how many miles were on your 370Z? Looking to sell/trade mine if I find something I like to replace it this summer.

  • Trim: Base 370Z
  • Year: 2014
  • Miles: just under 42K

That's kind of crazy. I got my 2014 370Z back in 2019 with 12k miles for $24k. Currently at 43k miles. Mine has the Sport and Touring packages though. Hoping to sell it for $22k. The market for 370Zs seems to have stayed pretty solid still.

Sport & touring you should do well. You can get a rough estimate on Carvana's site.

thanks for the pic of the interior. I've seen those on different sites also that have a leather interior listed but it's actually cloth. Wasn't sure if it was able to be optioned that way using some funky work around. ordering off a secret menu like at some restaurants.
