Haha I was so off. I’m happy that the problem is found, and thankful that you posted. It helps everyone if this problem is encountered by another! What a simple problem, fuel + air is all you need. An afterthought to one diagnosing as this is unusual.

!UPDATE!

The fuel pump fixed the issue.
But now my clutch fluid is black. The reservoir has black/brown clutch fluid.

Had this been on my 370z I would have assumed the CSC is about to go. But the new Z doesn't have a CSC. They fixed that issue. Along with the dark fluid, I had 2 instances where the shifter didn't want to go into gear. And it grinded. First to second.

UPDATE!

After proving it wasn't my wheels and tires. Like I told them, and obviously so. They decided to check fuel parameters during logging and found that my fuel pressure dropped to nothing, and ran lean, during those events of "limp mode" it was a failing fuel pump. Waiting for the part to get installed Friday.

Glad to know the car is smart enough to close the TB's when there's no fuel pressure.
