After dealing with hood popper deployment on mine, I am curious as to whether you will be able to mount all the sensors to the bumper in such a way that they don't set off codes. There are 5 related to the pedestrian hood poppers alone. Plus, the parking and radar sensors. I used to work in a body shop and never cared for fiberglass parts. They and not very forgiving if bumped into, they crack very easily. Additionally, rock chips are going to be a nightmare. It looks good, but not sure how well it will hold up to daily driving.

This is probably way too much overthinking, but I’m concerned about those sensors and how they’re mounted. It looks like they put in for the parking proximity stuff, but the impact sensors worry me.

-> If they’re mounted at a different angle than OEM will they be more prone to popping for no reason?

-> If they’re mounted more loosely or more rigid than OEM will they be more prone to popping for no reason?

Probably me worrying about things that don‘t deserve worry.
But I’m a worrier!

Did you get the front diffuser with this bumper? I saw the pics on the Libertywalk website but they only had the full bodykit on display. I'm curious to see just the front bumper with their diffuser
No I didn't order the diffuser, it be good looking but road condition at my town is terrible, so I gotta make sure to minimize the damage. (might coat the bumper later as well) Also here is a pic I found before purchasing the bumper, it has the diffuser with it too, maybe this can help you take a better look.

Thank you so much, I will probably coat the bumper after the installation, FRP is the only material LB offers for bumper, so I wasn't able to purchase the carbon one. But indeed I will try my best to share the whole process later.

Those are awesome concerns, I did email LB headquarter about sensors and radar placement, their staff said they will fit perfectly, but since I will be installing it without any instruction, guess we'll just have to improvise and run some road test afterwards. Will share though, thank you!

I have had the full kit for basically the entire life of the car. I have had zero issues with any safety features. The only annoyance is that it blocks the front tow hook location. I am working on finding someone local to make the solution I've come up with for the issue.

If you’re worried about sensitivity of impact sensors
(If you haven’t already) pls read the threads on hood popper delete kits. Then you’re only stuck with a MRS computer reset & not an insurance nightmare. If you’ve replaced the bumper, Nissan won’t honor any warranty on that system.

Finally got my tow hook installed. We ground off the welds of the original location, and welded a 1" block of aluminum in the same spot. Then welded the original bracket to the new block. Plenty of clearance from the bumper cross brace so no rubbing or contact. I included a picture of the factory mount location for comparison.
