As the title states? Can we actually order it now? Would it void the warranty if one installs it on his non-NISMO Z?

the Z NISMO does not have a unique exhaust. it is the same exhaust as the US automatic performance Z

there are 3 NISMO exhausts that are aftermarket

there is the NISMO USA street exhaust then the NISMO USA track exhaust

then there is a new NISMO Japan Titanium exhaust

Nissan Z, Evora, Boxster, Jeep, Xterra.
And this from Borla this week...
"The Nissan Z system has been a system we’ve been excited to have released and is in its final stages of development and will release in the new year. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact release date.

If you have not already, I would suggest submitting your info to our parts request to be notified when the exhaust is announced and available for purchase:

Isn’t the Nismo USA system made by Borla? Will be interesting to see how this new system is different. Same as the intake being an AMS rebrand.

I was keen on the Nismo Japan exhaust but had heard that it’s not much of an improve on the stock systems due to Japanese noise regulations, & if anything Nismo Japan was looking at importing the US system.

It seems that the Z Performance and Z Nismo stock exhausts are different. The Nismo stock exhaust has an imprinted brand name of "Tenneco". https://www.tenneco.com/

Picture comparison. First is Z Performance. Second is Z Nismo.

* Also, the Z Nismo exhaust cracks and pops when slowing down / downshifting and coming to a stop - whereas the Z Performance never does.

they are the same exhaust the difference in the pics is between the auto and manual Z

the pops and cracks are sound effects when the NISMO is in Sport+ mode

The nismo track exhaust is made by borla yes. I'm not sure who makes the street exhaust with the larger nismo etched muffler.

The JDM is made by Fujitsubo and it's supposed to be a quote sophisticated tone
