I had a 23 Civic type r as well and from what I hear it may have cooling issues and most likely fuel starvation issues so you have to keep the fuel well above half tank if you're tracking the car aggressively.

My experience was mediocre or maybe below average. Better experience at my local Toyota and Lexus dealer, but Lexus is also usually better than a lot of other luxury dealers in comparison, in my opinion.
