How does this 2025 Bayside Blue have the Blue interior?

I thought it was impossible to order this combo. Only the Graphite interior offered in this color.
I first thought it may be the prior Seiran Blue but it doesn't have the super black roof.

It seems like some odd color combos (that can't be spec'd from the web site or don't show up in the brochure) appear from time to time. Maybe it was an early press car that was built before this year's colors were finalized.

Yep, we've seen this phenomenon before - like the ketchup and mustard Zs that were out there in the 2023 model year.

You can't build one on nissanusa.com (I know you're in CA). If you try to select the blue interior, it forces you to select a new exterior.

Searching inventory nationwide (which doesn't really search the whole country in my experience) doesn't find any matches.

I bet there are a few roaming around though. The reviewer's car was certainly an example.

Yeah, there is another reviewer from a month ago with the same exact car. I think it's a one-off Nissan Headquarters car they are lending for PR.

I prefer “Ronald MacDonald” over ketchup and mustard, but both fit.

My theory is that they decided to simplify production. The car in the Nissan Gallery showroom in Tokyo was also Bayside Blue / blue interior, so the idea that the press car was blue/blue makes sense.

Why the @#@$% don't they allow the blue interior with the BLUE exterior or the White? Those were the two best color combinations for the blue interior, and from looking at used Z's the best selling combos for the blue interior.

I'm not considering purchasing new because of this issue. I'm becoming more and more convinced Nissan themselves want this car to fail.

If that had been available when I bought my 2024 I would have bought it in a NY second.

It was the rarest combo on the 240z. 903 blue exterior on blue interior.
