Well for one when I get mine, it’ll have the standard plates for a little bit so you could be wrong!

Secondly, I don’t have anything else to say ?? but I loved it

Pulled over until it drove past!

Not saying it’s not nice…just I doubt it’s a private owner..could well be wrong.
I ordered yellow non proto…still love the colour,
Makes me laugh when some of the guys who ordered the proto put new wheels on it..,that’s half the Protos differences right there
Spray the breaks and it only leaves the interior stitching..,which is admittedly nice

On another note..another car carrier in and out within a day at Freo port. Plenty of cars waiting to be picked up..sadly no Nissans that I can see.
Quarantine doesn't seem to be an issue on the west side, most carriers in and out within one to two days

Cars are sold with what's called a manufacturer holdback, basically a bonus payment for certain performance standards etc . Was volume, but in the last two years because of supply issues they typically get it anyway. Nissan will check that the name on the final contract is the same, as Nissan does the first customer comms, not the dealership. So if it doesn't match........
Whilst I get that they are doing what they can….dealerships still collect the cars …putting them under “friends names” , put a mark up that’s more than their bonus, and there you go.
They get the sale, the extra cash and could forgo the bonus

I’m not saying they are all doing it, but it’s clear there are some dodgy dealerships doing the wrong thing out there. Unfortunately for me a few of them seem to be in WA

When my Proto was for sale I had a few enquiries from some dealers including one in WA. When I mentioned that to the Sydney dealers they all said WA dealers are dodgy AF.

I will say my dealer has no Zs other than his demo…so hoping he is the least dodgy out of the dodgy ?

…and they delivered mine when it matched order. I did get the impression though that Nissan was all over them in terms of knowing which customer it was going to.

Curious….what did they offer you to buy?
I mean it would be good to gauge how much they now have to sell for otherwise they make a loss

As to paint match…mine was paint matched a few months ago…built 7 weeks ago…still not on a boat ??

They never made any offer. They explained either I was taking it or it went to another customer (at another dealer).

Someone is selling a Yellow non-proto on FB. Surprised there are any in Aus. It's owned by some kind of tuning/mod business and they've used it to measure future products..

Asking for offers above 95k. Please nobody offer me this sort of money for mine with 38km on it. I’d like to drive it and not be tempted.
