Take it to a proper mechanic. Dealer mechanics are woeful and do their best to avoid solving any real issues. Sounds like a suspension issue to me but who knows. It's definitely not normal.

No idea. It's not a particularly revvy engine and has so much torque down low and mid there's not much point banging it off the rev limiter.

It doesn't let you rev more than 5k rpm when stationary. No impact on the actual driving experience.

It's a gain of 66hp. The dyno measures the power at the wheels which in this case is 375hp without the tune. The tune added 66hp. The 400hp Nissan quote is power output at the engine. There is some loss of power between the engine and the wheels which is why the baseline reading is lower...

It's very smooth - no hesitation at all. But to be honest there's so much torque around 3-4k I rarely get to 5/6k. My Fiesta ST got a hesitation after an off the shelf tune with no dyno. It's pretty annoying.

They're height adjustable, you don't need any additional lowering springs. I got them supplied and installed at Yakuza Motorsports here in Sydney but most decent mechanics should be able to install them.

Cruising at freeways speeds with very little throttle input there's basically no drone but if you have to accelerate up a hill or something you'll hear a bit. It's totally fine and probably better than anything else on the market.
