30% ceramic. Will get the windshield done with ceramic a little later.

Is that white or silver? In the sun it looks more white, but in the shade it looks more silver. Looks great either way.

I have never tinted the windshield, I assumed it would get too much police attention.

Do they let it slide?

You can do 50% in SC (from what the shop told me). Check with your local tint shop. But you can do a clear ceramic just to help with heat and UV rays affecting the interior, which is what I plan on doing.

Here it's a definite big no no. Anything on the windshield is Illegal and definitely will attract unwanted attention. Anything darker than 20% on the front windows usually raises eyebrows, but not nearly as noticable than a blacked out windshield lol

Yeah id be fucked if I tried the windshield lol. Plus it would instantly fail inspection requiring removal.

South Carolina did away with vehicle inspections years ago. Some times seeing what people are driving on the road they need to bring it back.
There is the option for clear ceramic that still blocks heat and protects from UV.

I saw a white 2023 Z in my area the other day. It had rose colored window tint all around and looked pretty good! It got me thinking about blue tint for my black on blue Z. I have had mine for 6 months and have probably never waited this long to tint the windows on one of my cars. I cant decide if blue tint would look good or seem cheap and flimsy.
