The dealership doesn't void any warranty. The warranty provider reserves the right to.
Especially aftermarket warranty.

"Nissan Security+Plus is administered by Nissan Extended Services North America GP ("NESNA")....Franklin, TN 615-725-1000" which is under the Nissan umbrella, i.e. factory extended services. Nissan has many other coverages, finance, etc. The Extended Services (Security+Plus) is one of them. You can go to any Nissan dealer to claim warranty work. All I can find about that is "Nissan Security+Plus".
OP should check who is the warranty provider, it's usually Endurance
I was going to ask OP if he happened to have this coverage, but the Nissan coverage is just extended, the "lifetime" stuff is a scam, and although some people think it's "free", ain't no such thing, the cost was buried somewhere in the vehicle purchase"Nissan Security+Plus is administered by Nissan Extended Services North America GP ("NESNA")....Franklin, TN 615-725-1000" which is under the Nissan umbrella, i.e. factory extended services. MM has no bearing on aftermarket 3rd party warranties. The company I am dealing with is New Global Administrators and apparently they believe that cold air intakes cause major engine failures on a regular basis. Atleast that is what the lady that I spoke to told me. She also said she has been in the business for over 14 years and never heard of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I told her I understood why since it was enacted so recently, it had only been in affect since 1975. She didn't think it was funny.
According to the lawyer I spoke to it does. They just a little less of a burden of proof because of the "contract" but they cannot just completely blanket statement void it. They will refuse to pay then you would have to hire a lawyer to fight it in a legal battle.MM has no bearing on aftermarket 3rd party warranties.
Regardless, your car looks awesome!
Good luck. Everything is grayzone to a lawyer.According to the lawyer I spoke to it does. Possibly. I don't have anything to fight yet. I would say screw it if my wife wouldn't get pissed about it. I told her they will do everything in their power to deny the claim no matter what even if i don't do my small upgradesGood luck. Everything is grayzone to a lawyer.
Saying that gets him paid...![]()
