All I can find about that is "Nissan Security+Plus".

OP should check who is the warranty provider, it's usually Endurance

Nissan has many other coverages, finance, etc. The Extended Services (Security+Plus) is one of them. You can go to any Nissan dealer to claim warranty work.

I was going to ask OP if he happened to have this coverage, but the Nissan coverage is just extended, the "lifetime" stuff is a scam, and although some people think it's "free", ain't no such thing, the cost was buried somewhere in the vehicle purchase
