Anyone collecting the Hot Wheels Z?

Hot Wheels mainlines of the Z are excellent. Amazing they cost about $1.50 when I find them at my local grocery store!

the White and yellow were 2022 models
and the blue and red were 2023 there is no other Z planned for this year
So maybe 2024 there will be 2 new colors

the white one is listed as a Z proto as well not a 2023 Z which is kinda annoying.

and lucked out with another red one today.

Tomica put out a silver one last year. I don’t like it as much as Hot Wheels, but I do like the katana blade on the Tomica.

I have both silver and yellow but wish they'd release Limited Vintage Neo versions. Seems unlikely since the newest Z they make is the 280Z.

thats a sweet IDX NISMO. so sad that car never made it. they could have stuck the Juke NISMO RS engine in there with a nice little manual trans and it would have been super fun.

I got to meet Shiro Nakumara and I asked him why it was never made and it said it was because they couldnt finanically justify it was it wouldnt have shared another chasis /platform with anything else in the line up. this is also probably why there isnt a new Silvia

Ive owned a few Silvias(S Chassis) personally.In the end I wanted a S15 but after blowing a few SR's it got old.I bought the Nismo Juke RS which was susposed to be the sucessor to the S chassis but lets be real lol amazing cross over but it aint no S chassis. Jay leno drove the concept car which was a S15/s14 underpinned car.I'm willing to buy the concept car for off road use.When I bought the Nismo Sentra I was very sad that they couldnt slap a LSD in there.It's like Nissan always forgets to put that last button to make it the perfect suit.

The IDx Nismo is one of my favorites in my collection. Tragic that it was never put into production.
