Tomica makes a 1/64 in yellow with black rims!

Sweet collection!

Tomica put out a silver one last year. I don’t like it as much as Hot Wheels, but I do like the katana blade on the Tomica.

The red one just came out so maybe black will be next.

Hot Wheels mainlines of the Z are excellent. Amazing they cost about $1.50 when I find them at my local grocery store!

That color looks better than I thought it would.

They come in other colors.

This was carspotted this weekend at Monterey CA. Customer car or not?

You may be on to something about CD… The bottom line for me is that I want a Z because it’s a Z. The performance of other cars and any of their other distinguishing characteristics have zero impact on my buying decision.

I think the Z has a chance if they consider its emotional impact on the broader population (does anyone hate a Z?)and how it represents accessible sports car fun for the people.

Can’t unsee it…

Based on the responses, it appears that seeing the Z in person has had a positive impact on most of us and our perceptions of the car. It would be great to see all of the different color options in real life to help with that all important decision!

I had the same feeling/experience you did. I thought I’d like the Z06 a lot more and GR86 was the only other car that caught my eye.

I’d like to see the performance figures and experience the driving dynamics at least once before I buy. I’m sold on the looks after seeing it, but looks only go so far…
