Do you think this is a better setup than what Nissan has done with the new design?You can fix it with Holley HydraMat Fuel Filter Sump. Q50/60 guys have been doing it for years.

I’m assuming that if we get a manual Nismo then there should be a Nismo button! It only makes sense…
The SynchroRev button was added to one of the blank buttons where the heated seat switches would be on the Performance models. That about all I can tell that's different button wise.
I would love to also hear what they did to fix the starvation issue. If it's an easy fix, I would like to do it. I looked into the additional pump and didn't like it for a few reasons. If I remember correctly, one of the reasons were that the fuel gauge becomes very inaccurate. I don't remember the other reasons off of the top of my head. So I decided it was better/easier to just keep it over 1/2 full at the track. The only real disadvantage of this method, is dragging around all the extra weight on an already "pleasantly plump" car
Indeed. I believe a full tank of 93 octane is over 110 pounds in the Z. That's like driving around with a hot, fit lady next to you. She'd better be worth the weight.
The 2027 manual NISMO gets D-mode from the automatics because it has to have sport + which changes the actual engine timing itself. The NISMO without sport + is does not take full advantage of the different engine tune that allows for the extra power. What they did was keep the syncho rev match ( s mode but move it to the vacant heated seat button.
This makes me sad. I wonder if there is a way to use the Nismo d-mode switch and rewire it to work for us non Nismo guys that want our switch to be red.
