Will pricing be revealed also?

Doesn't look like it as it's gonna be one of those "closer to launch date" per the motor authority article. JDM price was released 10 days ago and it's roughly 65k

I wonder why the decision not to go with 6 piston calipers?

Also the lack of NISMO exhaust tips confuses me a little.

Haven't seen the engine bay but I'm guess the production version didn't get a red NISMO engine cover?

Massive disappointment, they REALLY mailed it in.

15k for a body kit and tune and maybe 1-2k of suspension upgrades.
Yeah seems like they didnt really do much other then slap a body kit on and a tune for the 9spd, so is it actually going to be 60k plus?

For what it is and what it'll be priced at, doesn't sound worth it. Heck I still don't think the Performance Z is worth the MSRP of $51k. I imagine the Nismo will be $60k if not more for fairly miniscule upgrades; Some of which SHOULD have already been included in the Performance model in my opinion (i.e. stiffer suspension, ya know because it's a "Performance" trim).

They should've done:

$45k - Sport (base)
Everything it currently has plus:
Akebono brakes
LSD

$51k - Performance
Everything it currently has plus:
~415 HP and ~375LB-FT TQ
Improved performance exhaust
Improved suspension

$60k+ - Nismo
Everything it currently has plus:
~435 HP and ~390LB-FT TQ
Exclusive Nismo exhaust
6-piston brakes up front
Carbon fiber interior and exterior bits
An even more improved, track focused but streetable suspension

Joe Raiti just said it's 3704lbs. How did it gain almost 200lbs unless he got it wrong? He did get the torque gain wrong

I want it. But with a 6MT.

These two replies pretty much sum up my thoughts. Great to see (some) investment in suspension/chassis, but still skimping on tires? I can't help but to channel my inner Chris Berman - "c'mon, man!"

It also kind of bugs me they're gonna try to push this out in the fall, when they still can't get non-Nismo Z's on lots.

3700lbs is surprising. Must be from added chassis bracing?
