Food for thought.
245/18 for 400hp for all models.
That is not correct. The Base/Sport model is on 18's.
The Performance/Proto Spec is 255/40/19 front and 275/35/19 rears.

If you read further down the brochure where it lists upgrades over the sport model it shows that the performance and proto get 255 fronts and 275 rears.
The way it’s shown looks like a square setup to me. I might be reading it literally. It makes sense 255(f) and 275(r) with its respective 19x9.5 and 19x10. I apologize.
Exactly. No different to the specs that we've been looking at for 5 months. If you read further down the brochure where it lists upgrades over the sport model it shows that the performance and proto get 255 fronts and 275 rears.
So if I have this right, if you do a Canadian pre-order at a dealer prior to or on Feb 2, and you are first in the queue, you just have to accept the one they get, or lose your deposit? Hardly seems worth the gamble, the odds are far from favourable for trim plus transmission plus paint choice - unless you are guaranteed to get your deposit back I would not touch this.Literally what my dealer told me on the phone when he sent me the order brochure.
I presume a DRS is a preorder. With my dealer, my deposit is 100% refundable if I am not happy with it, as he said he will easily sell it to the next guy. We dont even know pricing yet. Yesterday he had 28 DRS’s.
Motor1 posted it as well, but they had the intelligences to realize that this thread predated the other one by at least a day. Also, came across this -

Ignoring the fact they link to the other forum (not to mention @jezzza broke the news first), the bit at the bottom caught my attention:
"Lastly, it appears that Canadian dealers will receive only an initial allocation of one car each, whether Sport or Performance, manual or automatic. The limited launch edition Proto spec, which has unique bronze wheels and yellow brake calipers, will be allocated to the most successful dealers based on historical sales. So, if you're a Canadian reader and would like to be among the first to reserve a new Z, you'll have to act quickly."
Where are they getting that information from? First I feel like we've heard of it, no?
Yes, I heard that as well. This the second time I am hearing it. I could see this happening. I heard east summer. So, probably end of June early July. I was hoping for May.Did anyone else hear about the rumor that the launch date was pushed back until summer?
